After a year of trying to convert our former Australian grill to an American grill unsuccessfully (it is going to supposedly become a charcoal grill.....we shall see) we bit the bullet and bought a new grill.  Now it has been sitting in our garage for about a month due to our traveling and not being around to start "The Project".  It is one of those things that you have to get geared up for, you know???  Kind of like going to the dentist.  Gotta get in the right frame of mind.
