Baby Carrots are My New Best Friend

Yes...it is true. I have a new love in my life. Baby carrots. Not because I WANT to have a new love but because I need to have a new love. You see---we bought some scales yesterday.......and that should be explanation enough. Sigh. I have been in denial. I could blame weight gain on a great number of things and I do.
