Reynolda Ramblings
Ever been to Reynolda Village, Reynolda Gardens and Reynolda House and Museum of American Art in Winston Salem???? I can now say that I have been! On my recent trip to North Carolina I met my best friend Ann for the day and we explored all that this great area had to offer. To B & B or Not to B & B

Sometimes when we do a week or more we stay at VRBO's … [Read more...]

I had scheduled posts up through this week in anticipation of not being able to post while we were gone and I am glad that I did. I will start posting some snappies and thoughts about our latest trip later on this week after all my scheduled posts have … [Read more...]
Doe Re Mi
We have a sweet doe who is a frequent visitor to our backyard. She is almost always by herself even though there is a herd of 8 or so that roam through our neighborhood at various times. She has a bum leg. It makes me sad. I think the other deer make fun of her and don't let her play in their (rein)deer games. So I can not get too upset when she comes to eat out of my birdfeeders. This particular evening she actually let me get fairly close to her as I went out and sat on the deck … [Read more...]
